Tasting Notes

As a family of Gin drinkers we have done what so many others have done over the past few years, and that is to try a huge selection of Gins as they are launched only to come back to our old favourites. The Black Mill Gin – Traditional, delivers a good quality, juniper rich Gin which is what we enjoy, any additional flavour can be added via your selected garnish.

Compatible with the usual Lime and/or Lemon twist, but also great with Cucumber on a warm summers day.

Available in 700ml and 500ml bottles with free of charge gift-wrapping (just request when ordering).

Cocktails Ideas

Black Mill Mojito

50ml Black Mill Gin
3 lime wedges
Mint
3 teaspoons of sugar
Crushed ice
Apple juice
Mint to garnish

Add the Gin, lime wedges, and sugar with a few mint leaves to a highball glass, and muddle together. Fill with a scoop of crushed ice, top up with apple juice and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.

Black Mill Red

50ml Black Mill Gin
100ml cranberry juice
Top up with ginger ale
Cubed ice
Raspberries to garnish

Fill a Copa glass with lots of ice, pour over the gin and the cranberry juice, then top up with ginger ale. For the finishing touch, garnish with fresh raspberries and any other berries.
