Tasting Notes

Naturally the “Popularity of the Pink” could not be ignored, we have taken the traditional Gin and made it more refreshing with the addition of natural Raspberry & Watermelon flavours giving a hint of pink fruitiness to your finished drink.

Compatible with any red berries, very versatile in cocktail recipes particularly when paired with Cranberry juice & Ginger Ale rather than tonic.

Available in 700ml and 500ml bottles with free of charge gift-wrapping (just request when ordering).

Raspberry Collins

50ml Black Mill Raspberry & Watermelon Gin
1 teaspoon of sugar
3 fresh Raspberries
Half a lemon
Top with Soda
Garnish with Raspberry & Mint Leaves

Muddle the Raspberries in the bottom of a highball glass add the Raspberry & Watermelon Gin, Sugar and Lemon to the glass along with a good scoop of ice, top up with Soda, stir and garnish with Raspberries and Mint Leaves.

Raspberry & Basil Twist

6 whole fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves, chiffonade (cut into thin ribbons)
50ml Black Mill Raspberry & Watermelon Gin
1 ounces sparkling water or club soda, lime flavoured or plain
Squeeze of fresh lime juice

Place raspberries and basil in cocktail shaker and lightly muddle together. Add gin, fresh lime juice, and ice to shaker and shake for 10-15 seconds. Pour mixed drink in a glass and top with sparkling water or club soda. Garnish with additional limes slices and fresh basil leaves.
