All things Elderflower have become very popular over the past few years, from traditional cordial to sorbets and cheesecakes. Elderflower used in drinks goes back many years but combine it with the power of Gin and you get a turbo boosted drink, the addition of Elderflower provides a really fragrant aroma and flavour.

Compatible with crushed ice and the traditional tonic but also excellent with fizz of any kind to give an Elderflower Gin Fizz perfect as a first drink at parties.
